I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with a Masters in Social Work.

I am licensed in West Virginia, and work with ages 13+.

Maybe you understand why you feel the way you do—but understanding it hasn't made the feeling go away.

You may find yourself overthinking, feeling constantly overwhelmed, struggling to slow down, or noticing that stress seems to show up in your body before you even realize how much you're carrying. Maybe you've spent years pushing through, taking care of what needs to be done, or trying to think your way out of how you feel.

I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, chronic stress and overwhelm, trauma and difficult past experiences, complex family dynamics, relationship concerns, and major life transitions.

My approach is holistic and trauma-informed and incorporates somatic and body-based techniques alongside traditional talk therapy. This means our work can include not only understanding your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and experiences, but also becoming more aware of how stress and emotions show up physically.

This approach can be especially helpful if you feel like you already understand some of your patterns but still find yourself caught in the same emotional or physical responses.

I also incorporate mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and other integrated approaches based on your individual needs. As a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), I bring an additional understanding of the connection between mind and body into my clinical work.

I especially enjoy working with emerging adults, women, working professionals, and individuals navigating complicated family or relationship dynamics. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming.
