Clinical Therapist

LICSW, PMH-C

Many people seek therapy when they feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected from themselves, or unsure how to move forward. You may appear to have it all together while privately struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, difficult relationships, ADHD, unresolved trauma, grief, or the pressure of constantly meeting expectations. Therapy can provide a space to better understand yourself, heal from past experiences, and create meaningful change.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and genuine. I believe therapy works best when clients feel comfortable being themselves while also feeling supported, challenged, and understood. I value authenticity, compassion, and even moments of laughter along the way. Together, we explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build insight into your experiences, and develop practical tools to help you move forward.

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) clinician, and trained Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) provider. My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), attachment-focused work, interpersonal therapy, and trauma-informed care.

I work primarily with women and adolescents navigating anxiety, ADHD, trauma, relationship concerns, grief, life transitions, and maternal mental health challenges. I have a special interest in supporting high-achieving women, helping professionals, mothers, and individuals who have spent years caring for others while losing touch with their own needs and sense of identity.

As a Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) clinician, I have advanced training in supporting individuals through pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, infertility, pregnancy and infant loss, birth trauma, and other challenges related to the transition to motherhood. I am passionate about helping women navigate identity shifts, relationship changes, and the emotional complexities that can arise throughout this journey.

Whether you're struggling with anxiety, feeling overwhelmed, navigating a major life transition, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, therapy can provide a space to feel understood, gain clarity, and reconnect with what matters most.

If you've spent years focusing on everyone else's needs, it can feel strange to finally make space for your own.

Therapy can be a place to do exactly that.
